The Plan includes the participation of 100,000 citizens whose social conscious will bring to life the ideology of Simón Bolivar: “The most noble objective that a man could concern himself with is enlightening his fellow men.”

By proposing the goal of zero illiteracy in Venezuela, the Government brings justice to the saying, “an ignorant people is a blind instrument of its own destruction”, and offers the entire society the opportunity to unite in the noble and glorious project of educating. With this initiative, the Executive Vice-Presidency is promoting national education and is calling for all Venezuelan institutions to join in this social program that will move forward the development of the nation.
