THE BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA expresses it most categorical and energetic condemn for the attacks perpetrated in the Republic of Turkey on the 15^th and 20^th of November 2003 on which numerous Turkish, Britain and other citizens from the world lost their lives.

THE GOVERNMENT OF THE BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA and the people of Venezuela manifest their condolence to all the families of the innocent victims who where affected by this abominable terrorist attack. At the same time we repudiate the use of violence, which is against the calling and pacifist tradition of our country.

THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT declare its support to the Turkish and Great Britain governments in this moment of pain and sorrow caused by the terrorist scourge that affects the healthy social coexistence and integrity of human beings.

THE BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA ratifies its engagement with international fighting against terrorism and roots of it in any of its forms and manifestations, and reaffirms its will to encourage dialogue and reconciliation as the sole means towards peace and harmony among nations.
