CECILIA TODD
This exceptional voice of the Venezuelan and Latin-American singing was born in Caracas. When she was four, she started playing the cuatro, instrument which she soon would master to perfection and which, completes her musical personality. Her debut was in 1972 and by the end of this year, she performs internationally for the first time: Ottawa and Montreal. In 1973, she travels to Barbados, Per? and Argentina and she decides to live in Buenos Aires for three years. She studied Vocal Techniques with the well-known teacher, Susana Naidich. In 1974, she records her first long play Pajarillo Verde (Little green bird)*, together with Horacio Corral, Cacho Tirao and Domingo Cura. Since then she has offered continuous tour concerts in the Venezuelan provinces, England, Spain (where she sings with Soledad Bravo in an album), Finland, Nicaragua, Argentina, Cuba, Bolivia, Puerto Rico, Holland, France, Japan, China and USA. In 1991, she moves to Tenerife (Islas Canarias), from where she travels to Spain and European countries. In several performances, she has appeared with celebrities such as Joan Manuel Serrat, Chico Buarque, Astor Piazzolla, Zimbo Trio, Silvio Rodriguez, Pablo Milan?s and Mercedes Sosa, among others.
?Pajarillo Verde?, is included among the top 100 records from the 20th century, according to the Clar?n newspaper from Buenos Aires, Argentina (12/29/99).

MARCO GRANADOS
Grammy-nominated performer, Marco Granados, a native of Venezuela, has received worldwide acclaim for his diverse flute repertoire, dynamic sense of rhythm and exhilarating style. Since his 1992 New York debut at Carnegie Hall, his performance highlights have included concerts at Lincoln Center's Alice Tully Hall, Wigmore Hall in London, and the British Flute Society International Conventions in Manchester and York. Most recently he returned from concert tours of South Africa and Slovenia where he was performing the music of Astor Piazzolla. Marco plays with the acclaimed chamber group "Triangulo", which specializes in chamber music from Latin America, and with "Un Mundo Ensemble".
